

Apollo was a hard worker, who loved and adored his children, family, loved ones and friends. He attended El Centro Community College where he pursued his education and received college credits. Apollo also pursued vocational training at Continental Truck Driver Training School. Upon completion, Apollo received his certification and license as a Commercial Driving (CDL). Anything Apollo set his mind to be or do was for the betterment of his children and family. Apollo was goal-driven, determined, smart and always had a great perspective on his life and making the best of it. Apollo was humorous and enjoyed making people laugh. He was the life of any environment with his charismatic charm and personality. He always had a wonderful smile and was full of excitement when he was around the people he loved.
Apollo was survived by his family: Georgetta (mother), Nicole (sister), April (sister), Quinn (brother), Pebbles (sister), and Flava (brother). Also, survived by his loved ones and children: Travon (son) with Erica (son’s mother), Zowie (daughter) with Tamika (daughter’s mother), Apollo, Jr. (son) with Robin (son’s mother) and Zayden with LaToya (son’s mother).

A visitation for Apollo will be held Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A committal service will occur Friday, August 10, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
