Ashli Jo Leibensperger

Ashli Jo Leibensperger, 30, passed away on August 28, 2026. Born April 11, 1996, Ashli carried herself with a steady sense of purpose and a deep respect for the work she felt called to do. Those who knew her remember a woman who met life with honesty and resolve, offering loyalty to the people she loved and a sense of humor that could bring lightness even in difficult moments.

Ashli graduated from McKinney North High School and was currently attending Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service, due to graduate in December 2026. Her commitment to learning reflected the same hard-working spirit she brought to every part of her life, always moving forward with clear intention and quiet determination.

Since February 2025, Ashli has been working at Sparkman Hillcrest as a provisional funeral director and a funeral director support specialist. She was dedicated to the funeral profession and proud to receive her provisional license, a meaningful step that brought her closer to her goal of becoming a funeral director and embalmer. In a field that asks for steadiness, integrity, and care, Ashli’s straightforward honesty and dependable work ethic were evident to those alongside her.

Above all, Ashli was the mother of her daughter, Astrid, who was at the center of everything Ashli did.

She is survived by daughter, Astrid; mother, Jammi Leibensperger-Roberts, father, Jason Scott and his wife, Cynthia; sister, Aubri Roberts; brother, Tyler Roberts; grandparents, David and Patti Leibensperger and John and Carin Scott; and aunts, Kathi Herreras and Rebecca Kenney.

A Celebration of Ashli's Life will be held at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home & Hillcrest Mausoleum & Memorial Park, 7405 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas 75225, on September 12, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
