

Born in 1930 in Miami, AZ to John and Annie Lutich, he was the oldest of three children. Baldo attended Miami High School and the University of Arizona where he was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity and Wildcat Basketball Team. He then received his law degree from the University of Arizona and moved to Phoenix where he met the love of his life, Marilyn Abbott, his wife of 49 years until her passing in 2006.
Baldo raised his family and practiced law in Phoenix for over 40 years, “retiring” in Dallas, TX in 1998. During his retirement, he worked in the legal department at Dr. Pepper. His sister, Kathryn Conlin of Fargo, ND, preceeded him in death, but he is survived by his brother John and sister-in-law Jan Lutich of Scottsdale as well as his three children: Ann Lutich and son-in-law Greg Root of Dallas, David Lutich and daughter-in-law Lisa Lutich of Phoenix, and Kay Lutich of Manhattan Beach, CA. Baldo is also survived by six beautiful grandchildren: Madeline, Mitchell and Elizabeth of Dallas and Kayleigh, Taylor and Baldo of Phoenix.
A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9643 Ferndale Road, Dallas, Texas. Graveside committal services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the DFW National Cemetery with Fr. Josef Vollmer-Konig, celebrant.
