

Bartola Orozco was 84 years old when she passed away on July 21, 2025 in Dallas, Texas surrounded by her family. Bartola was born on August 24, 1940 in Waco, Texas to Joaquin Moreno and Julia Florez. Bartola was raised in Waco but went on to live in Dallas where she attended Crozier Tech High School. She married Constantino Orozco in 1957 and the couple had 4 children: Irene, Constantino Jr., Patricia, and Gilbert. Bartola didn’t work so she was able to care for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bartola enjoyed shopping or just being around her family and taking care of her many pets. Bartola will always be remembered as a loving but a firm grandma and was affectionately called “Grandma Bobbie” to all. Bartola is preceded in death by her parents, Joaquin and Julia Moreno, her son Constantino Jr., her daughter Irene Tuminello and her brothers Joaquin and Johnny. Bartola is survived by her spouse of 68 years, Constantino Orozco Sr., her daughter Patricia Orozco, her son Gilbert Orozco and his wife Anna, and her sister, Delores Valdez. She is also survived by her grandchildren Anthony Arredondo, Geneva Barreda and her spouse, Amaury, Gilbert Orozco Jr. and his spouse Sara, Sophia Murillo and her spouse Joe and her great grandchildren Amaury Jr., Lukas, Isaac, Aubrey, Emily and Selena. Bartola has a special place in her family’s hearts and will forever be loved and missed.
The family invites you to join in celebrating the life of Bartola at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75229. A visitation will be held Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The funeral service will take place on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 11:00am with burial to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
