Col. Bergen Boise Hall, retired insurance claims private investigator and fraud examiner, he was also a member of the Texas State Guard, departed into glory on June 15, 2018 Dallas, Texas. Born July 9, 1931 in Canton, Haywood, North Carolina, he lived most of his life in Dallas, Texas.
Preceded by parents Boise Hall and Laura Robinson Hall, wife Anne Moore Hall, brother, Charles Hall and sisters, Doris Hall and Christine Hall Bankston.
Survived by wife Beatrice Hall, two brothers Judson and Don Hall and spouses of North Carolina, two sons Robert Hall of Dallas, TX and Steven and wife Michelle Hall and granddaughter Stephanie Hall of CA, three step-sons and wives, two step-daughters and husbands, many step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Bergan became an ordained Reverend in 1994 by New Life Ministries and was a member of Casa Linda United Methodist Church. Bergen was an Alumni of the University of Houston and member of the Cougar Club. He was a Loyal Member of the Association of United States Army (North Texas- Audie Murphy Chapter). Bergan was a long standing member of the American Legion Post 0504 of Mesquite, Texas. He was a proud Charter Member of the Republican National Committee. He was a Charter member of the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation and National Association Member of The Smithsonian Institute. Additionally, he was a member of the Exhausted Roosters Club and the Rock Creek Barbecue Club.
