Bertha "Mama Bertha" Guillen-Reyes

Bertha nació el 25 de junio de 1958 en La Ceiba, Honduras; hija de Jose Amado Reyes y Gloria Burgos Salinas. Bertha se crio en Honduras, se casó con Jose Ramon Guillen Flores en 1977 y tuvieron nueve hijos. Fue the Boss en Springtown Tire Center donde trabajo por más de once años. En su tiempo libre, Bertha disfrutaba de pasar tiempo con su familia, siempre ayudando a quien lo necesitara. Amaba a Dios con todo su corazón y amaba compartir el Evangelio con todos, especialmente con sus hijos.

Su familia siempre la recordará como una mujer de Dios, amorosa y cariñosa. Que siempre dio todo por su familia. Que amaba consentir a sus hijos y a sus nietos. Y que su amor era infinito.

Le sobreviven; su esposo Jose Guillen; sus hijos, David Guillen, Javier Guillen, Gregorio Guillen, y Chris Guillen; sus hijas, Francisca Guillen, Maria Guillen, y Gloria Guillen; 31 nietos; y 6 bisnietos.

Bertha Guillen-Reyes, age 64, passed away on December 15, 2022 in Springtown, TX.

She was born on June 25, 1958 in La Ceiba, Honduras to Jose Amado Reyes and Gloria Burgos Salinas. Bertha was raised in Honduras. She married Jose Ramon Guillen Flores in 1977 and the couple had nine children. She was the Boss at Springtown Tire Center where she worked more than 11 years. In her spare time Bertha enjoyed spending time with her family, always lending a helping hand. She loved God with all of her heart and shared the Gospel with everyone, especially her children.

Her family will always remember her as a Godly, loving and caring person. She gave her everything for her family. She loved spoiling her kids and grandkids. Her love was endless.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Norma Guillen; son, Manuel Guillen; father, Jose Amado Reyes; mother, Gloria Esperanza Burgos Salinas; and grandsons, David Guillen Trujillo Jr. and Joshua Guillen Trujillo.

She is survived by her husband, Jose Guillen; her sons, David Guillen, Javier Guillen, Gregorio Guillen, and Chris Guillen; her daughters, Francisca Guillen, Maria Guillen, and Gloria Guillen; 31 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
