

Born June 28, 1926, in Amarillo, TX, Betty attended Amarillo Junior College before becoming a Pioneer Airlines stewardess, marrying Eldon Kenneth Siebel, M.D. and moving to Dallas, TX. Betty’s focus was her family, friends, service and politics as she cooked and entertained, served in Doctors’ Wives and Optimist Club, led scout troops plus worked in every capacity in the early Republican Party.
Betty is preceded in death by three husbands and her son, seven month old, Ken Siebel and survived by four children and their spouses – Wade and Jessica Hulcy (Anna), Sherman and Jan Jackson (Fairview), Mike and Julie Nabors (Rockwall), and John and Melba Siebel (Dallas); two brothers, George and wife Nell Elliott (Grapevine) and Ed Elliott (Dallas); sister-like-cousin, Anne Powell (Amarillo); as well as 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service and Reception will be held at Believer’s Chapel, Monday, January 14, at 10:30 am located at 6420 Churchill Way, Dallas, TX. There will be a private family Graveside Service at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Dallas, TX. Dan Duncan will officiate. Honorary pallbearers will be brothers, George and Ed Elliott; friends, Charles Tandy, M.D., Charles Sloan, M.D., and Clyde Johnston; and grandsons, Jason, Jordan, Rhett, and Jared Hulcy along with Benjamin and David Siebel.
