Gilliland, Bill J 89, passed away September 23rd in Garland, Tx. He was a long time member of St. Luke United Methodist Church in San Angelo, Tx. He retired from FAA after almost 30 years of service and was also a member of Silver Street Travel Trailers Club in the D/FW and Lubbock areas. His wife, Phyllis, and son, Joe Duane both preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter, Debra Kahan; grandson, Brandon Ray Kahan; and great grandson, Colton Ray Kahan. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday at New World United Methodist Church located at 5134 NW Hwy in Garland, Tx; a visitation will be from 6-8pm on Wednesday at the Grove Hill Funeral Home.
