My husband and I , neighbors to Billy, really only chatted a few times with him but always enjoyed our brief visits, mostly at the cul-de-sac mailbox. He was always upbeat and friendly. My husband was wanting him to go fishing with him when he got well.
We are praying for the family as we try to understand the great loss. May God bless you and sustain you in the days ahead.

Billy was the first person I ever met when I did my first rotation of clinicals at Methodist. And even in just the 8 weeks that I had the privilege of working with him, he became a good teacher and an even better friend. While teaching me his best tips of being an x-ray tech, he always made sure to make myself and everyone else in the room laugh. It didn't take long to realize Billy was loved by everyone he interacted with. Rest easy, Billy.

You will be truly missed, especially when I visit MDMC Rad Dept during visits to Dallas from time to time. That deer queso was a delicious surprise when I first tasted it and your chicken and dumplings was a hit too. We became great friends and co-workers and I will never forget you.
I pray your family’s strength during this time, Rest on Billy Waller🙏🏽❤️

Wonderful colleague, dear friend and my “double cream, 2 sugars coffee buddy” for so many years. The hunting, fishing pictures and stories, all the laughter over the antics of children and grandchildren, what great memories.
Your Methodist family will never forget you.
Rest In Peace Billy.

Heaven just gained one tough angel. I'm sure this avid lip ripper is surrounded by all the bass he can catch and all the venison he can handle. Vietnam veteran, outdoors man, loving husband, loving father and a truly great man that lived a full life!. We miss you uncle Billy but you're in my heart forever! be sure to save a few deer for me when I get there! Rest easy.
