Bobby Buchanan passed away January 26 2016. Bobby was born January 24 1937 and was a lifelong Dallas area resident. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Gertrude (Rivers) Buchanan. He is survived by his brothers Donald Buchanan and Wayne Buchanan and sister Carolyn Blankenship, nieces Brooke Hiltzman and Jacqueline Gonzales and nephew Nicholas Buchanan. Bobby was a retired employee of Bank of America and a member of Ferndale Baptist Church in Dallas. Graveside services will be at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6000 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75232, Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 2:30 pm.
