Bonnye L. Mack was born on April 17, 1940 from the union of parents Arelia Barber and Sonny Lee in Marietta, TX. Bonnye graduated from Carver Heights High School in Naples, TX in 1958. Bonnye moved to Dallas, TX in 1958 had a career with Texas Instruments and Lone Star Gas Company for over 30 years before retirement. Bonnye accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was last a member of Calvary Philadelphia Missionary Baptist church in Dallas, TX.
Bonnye joined in holy matrimony with Walter Mack Jr. in 1968.
She leaves to cherish her memories through her daughter Charlotte Okwubanego and son Cory Mack, sister Barbara Kirkendoll and brothers Larry Bonner and Lenneth Bonner. She also has a host of nieces and nephews, grandsons (Clifford Jefferson II, Jacobie King and Caleb Mack) and granddaughters (Candace Jefferson, Rodnesha Burney and Amara Okwubanego), great grandkids, family and friends to cherish her memories.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents, husband Walter Mack Jr., son Rodney King, sisters Brenda Madlock, and three (3) brothers Arlandus Lee, H. B. Bonner, and Kenneth Bonner.
