Dear Cousins; Steve, Mark and Danielle,
Uncle Bryant and my Dad Jim had a very special brotherly bond. Although they were about 15 years apart in age, they loved spending time with each other. I think Uncle Bryant got my Dad into playing golf. They talked all the time. . Uncle Bryant was a good listener for my Dad when he needed advice. They didn't always agree on things but they Loved and respected one another's option. I will always cherish the memory of their relationship. I loved visiting Uncle Bryant and Aunt Doris in Dallas. It was something I always looked forward too. Uncle Bryant would have a joke to share or a story to tell. Aunt Doris would have something special to eat. I will never forget the weekend we spent with them before we moved to California. They were so kind to me and my sisters and brought us much needed comfort during a big move for our family. For that I will always be grateful. I think the biggest event we shared with them was their new Granddaughter being born. I have shared this with Danielle, I will never forget how excited they both were to be Grandparents. They both talked about her all the time.. She was a blessing from the Lord to them. ❤
The hope of Salvation and the gift of eternal life in Heaven brings my heart Joy that all Five Brothers ( that also believed and put their faith in the Lord) are together again. I miss them dearly, but know they are in Heaven waiting for us. Praying for the Lord to bring you all comfort and peace in the days to come. May precious memories keep bringing Joy to your hearts.

Love you all,
Jennifer (Hunton) Todd

He was many things to many people, but he always doted on me, encouraged my education and spiritual growth and helped me in life however he could. Before my time he was a purple heart WWII veteran with 3 bronze stars for bravery. A walk it to your porch postman for 32 years, longtime member at Lakeside, a golfer (including being run over by a golf cart), Grandpa and A Husband for nearly 70 years and Father to 3 beautiful children.
