Candida O. Torres, 76, was born in Xalapa, Vera Cruz, Mexico to the late Juan and Soledad Ortega. She is survived by children: Victor M. Torres, Carmen Torres, Helena Serna and Juan Torres; 22 Granchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Manuel Torres; son Libotio Torres and daughter Guadalupe Chairez.
