Carl Edward Broyles (Eddie) 74 resident of Quinlan, passed away on Tuesday Aug 11, 2015. Eddie was born Jan. 9, 1941 in Dallas, Texas to Robert Broyles Sr. and Stella Broyles McNeely, step father Ollie McNeely. He enjoyed riding his bike back in the day as well as his flashlights and his tools. He loved his dog Precious and being outside.
