He is survived by his loving wife, Martha Dillon, their son Michael Dillon, and his cherished grandchildren. A dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Carl was renowned for his kindness, his ability to make new friends wherever he went, and his exceptional role as a great neighbor.
A proud Navy veteran, he had a love for Mexican food, coffee, and dogs. He was a generous supporter of various special causes. His warmth and generosity will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A graveside service for Carl will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, Texas 75220.
