Carlos was raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from El Centro College. He was a pattern maker at Jerrells where he worked for more than twenty years.
In his spare time Carlos enjoyed watching old Turner Classic Movies, listening to music, social media and spending time with his family.
His family and friends will always remember him as a loving uncle, father figure, and being known as Uncle Tute to all of us.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother. He is survived by his sister, Jacqueline V. Marquez; nieces, Sharon Castro, Debbie Brown, Cynthia Molina, Carol Romero; nephews, Mark Marquez, Greg Marquez and Thomas Marquez.

A Rosary will occur Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A Funeral Service will occur Friday, December 22, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. An interment will occur Friday, December 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.
