My aunt is Margarita Juarez, married to my Uncle Paul Juarez, even though Lita wasn't my grandmother, she always made us feel like we were her grandchildren & part of her family as well! I am Dolores Juarez, one of Carmen Lazo's 10 grand-daughters. My grandmother was a rare breed of woman. She believed in the sanctity of marriage, in loving unconditionally and in the unity of family. These were her gifts to us...this was her legacy. She was a woman of strong faith and will. She lived to see 100 years on this earth and that is more than most. I mourn her loss, but rejoice in her return Home to her beloved, the one who always referred to her as his "Wonder Woman". I will love you always Lita. Until we meet again...

My condolences to all the Family for the passing away of Carmen Lazo. And I was amaze to know she lived to be 100 yrs old she was blessed. I am sorry I lost her daughter's number. But I was informed by Richard Lozano about her passing away. My heart goes out to all of you at this time and I pray that G-d will comfort you all to know she is in a better place. I am Melissa Perez Sanchez one of Carmen M.Lazo granddaughters. My grandmother was a very unique person with a loving heart and soul. The love she had for all us was awesome. Welita I miss you so much I love you!!!

I am Cynthia Armendarez the 2nd oldest grandchild of Carmen M.Lazo.  My grandmother has been such an inspiration to me.  She lived 100 years and had a heart of Gold.  She taught me how valuable family is as well as many other valuable lessons.  I thank God for blessing me with such an amazing grandmother. Though my heart aches for her loss here on earth I know she's in heaven where she will no longer suffer with any health problems and can rest at peace.  Before she died I whispered in her ear that my Grandfather, my Father, and Uncle were waiting to greet her at the gates in heaven. Her memory will live in my heart forever.  I LOVE YOU ABUELITA!
