Carolyn went to beauty school and had her own shop in Texhoma for a time. She also learned and became a taxidermist. She loved the outdoors, it didn't matter if she was fishing, camping or hunting, she loved it all.
She married Michael W Caddell on November 15, 1969 they were married for 35 years and combined they had four children.
Carolyn is survived by her son's: JR Caddell and Duane Caddell, daughter: Courtney Caddell and stepdaughter: Dana Caddell. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren, brother: Johnny Tharp, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, two daughters, husband, niece and nephews as well as her companion dogs Cookie and Bailey.
