We knew Charisse from Aaron's basketball games. Our son, Michael, has been playing with Aaron on Neil's Frisco Mavericks team for the past few years.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Neil and Aaron at this very sad time.

Our Charisse was THE glue that held US all together. Before my father passed in December 2016 (Bill's BFF), he called Charisse "his other wife". I got to spend one of the best days of my life with her on November 3rd. We shopped until we dropped. We laughed and laughed and laughed. We stood in line at Dick's Sporting Goods for almost three hours trying to score Astros World Championship gear for the parade. We were 1/2 way thru the line and knew we had at least 2 more hours b4 we got to the checkout. Charisse suggested we pay someone in the front to let us cut in line. LOL I didn't pay anyone but I did buy someone's gear so we could cut. Soooooooo Charisse. We laughed for days about it. I always thought Charisse was going to outlive my mom and that she would be there to help me thru her passing. :-(. Bill and Charrise (little Barbie) as couple were peanut butter and jelly. I will miss her phone calls, shopping for purses, jewelry, perfume, clothes and shoes. I'll miss all our wonderful meals we shared. Her God Son's will miss her giving soul. I can't even look at one of the dozen purses we bought together without crying. Every purse has a memory with her. I will cherish all the memories. Bill we are here for you. I'm so sorry you lost both your besties in one year. It's unfathanable. We are all in shock. Finally you get to RIP, you deserve to sleep and slow down for once in your life. You ran circles around all of us. Thank you for ALWAYS being there for ALL. I love you. Last, I don't know how Neil and Aaron will be able to move on...she loved ya'll to the ends of this earth. I pray that all of our beautiful memories of Charisse will help sustain us during this unspeakable pain.

Words may not suffice to express the heartful passing of my beautiful sister-law Charisse Version. I am honored and blesses to have known her. When we lose a loved one hereon earth we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. May you take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy that we shared with Charisse who has passed, this is what them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on through us. So I say now goodbye Charisse, I will always love and adore you, and NEVER EVER forget you. All the fun we had, OMG that chocolate cake you made. Rest in Peace
