Charles E. Goldsberry was received in Heaven on Sunday, July 8, 2012 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 84. His loving wife Jo Marie, of 62 years by his side. He was born on March 9, 1928 in Welch, Ok. Charles was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Franklin “Frank” and Pearl Mae (Humble) Goldsberry, brother Ben Goldsberry, sister Erma Wooldridge and his beloved dog Alex. He is survived by his children Keith (Patsy) Goldsberry and Karen (Jerry) Gatlin. He leaves behind six grandchildren Brandie (Richard) Hanna, Eric Gatlin, Kristian (Dawn) Goldsberry, Kenda Goldsberry, Matt Mehojah and Dena (Curtis) Knighten. He also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren. There will be a viewing on Wednesday July 11, 2012 at Sparkman Crane Funeral Home 6:00-9:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be on Thursday July 12, 2012 at Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church 1:00 PM.
