Charlotte Ann Allison

Charlotte Ann Allison passed away on December 31, 2022. She was born on September 9, 1934 to James M. Allison and Charlotte Yeargan Allison Buchanan. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, stepfather, Earl Buchanan; brother, Frank Allison; sister in law, Christine Allison; and twin sisters Martha and Margurite Allison.

Charlotte Ann is survived by her niece Christine King of Jacksonville, Alabama; many cousins and friends.

She attended N. R. Crozier Technical High School and graduated with honors in 1954. Her focus was on Home Economics. Charlotte was a junior volunteer at Parkland Hospital in Dallas prior to attending Bell Haven College for 2 years majoring in Home Economics and Fashion Design.

Charlotte Ann was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas, where she sang in the choir. Her love of singing led her to taking voice lessons to enhance her gift in music.

Charlotte Ann worked for Titches in downtown Dallas as a file clerk before working at Fidelity Union Life and Parkland Hospital.

She will be remembered by many family member and friends as a gentle, kind and loving person.

A graveside will be held at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas, TX on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11am

A graveside service for Charlotte will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
