Born October 24th, 1937, in Farmersville, Texas. Cherry passed away December 27, 2018, at the age of 81. Cherry was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She always did for others, before thinking of her self and she always worked hard to make sure her family had everything they needed. Cherry was an Office Manager at Republic National Bank in Dallas, where she worked for 45 years. She retired in 2007 at the age of 70. She was a life-long member of White Rock Church of Christ and she always donated to the needy and charities. Cherry is survived by her son, Damon S. Wood, grandchildren, Daniel S.Wood, Austin J. Wood and Shelby R. Wood, great-grandchildren, Niktia E. Wood and Jade E. Reim.
She Will Truly be Missed.
Funeral Service will be held at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home at 7504 W. Northwest Hwy., Dallas,Texas, on January 5th at 3pm.
