Christie Carter

She started her education in D.I.S.D. She graduated in 1993 from D.W. Carter High School. While in school, she played several sports. After graduating from High School, she went on to pursue her education at the University of North Texas. After a year at North Texas, she wanted to further her education at the University of Houston. There she met and married Vladimir Carter and to this union, one son was born.

She moved to Brooklyn, New York to be with her husband. While there, she was employed with the United States Postal Service. She resided in New York for 12 years and later moved to Arlington, Texas where she continued her employment with the Postal Service. Prior to her passing, Christie was also employed by FedEx.

Christie loved to sing as most of you know.

Beloved Christie Chamon Carter leaves to cherish her fondest memories Son: DeVaughn Carter, Spouse: Vladimir Carter, Parents: Heriod and Marilyn Holley, Jr., Brother: Heriod (Lisa) Holley III, Brother: Kilton (Crystal) Holley, Father: Raymond Seals in addition to a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and God Daughter Robyn Toney that she loved dearly.
