Buddy was preceeded in death by his wife Betty Price Hines . His parents Ethel and Othello Hines. His three sisters Johnnie Cawthon
Juanita Altenhoffen and Mary Ruth Miller. He is survived by two nephews Danny Cawthon and Kenneth Miller. One neice Sandra Grey and cousin Jean Ann Slater. Also by his great nephews Joel Cawthon and Shane Miller and one great niece Sherri Miller
Buddy served in the Pacific theater during World War II where he won several distinguished medals and awards. He worked at several jobs in his lifetime in Dallas including Deputy Sheriff, Streetcar conductor, and driver for Schepps Dairy.
