

She will always be remembered as a loving mother, friend, colleague, and follower of the Lord to all that knew and loved her. She was born on August 23rd, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Langley Whitten Parker and Juanita Agnes Munster. She spent her childhood in Corpus Christi, Texas attending Mary Carroll High School.
Upon graduating, she briefly attended Del Mar College in Corpus Christi before moving to Dallas to become a flight attendant for Braniff Airlines. In the Summer of 1966, she married her long-time love Perry W. Cloud, Jr. who she remained with until his passing in 2017.
She was a devout Catholic, a member and loyal parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church. She returned to school and received her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University with a major in Spanish graduating with honors.
Her career began again with Lincoln Property Company where she was a leasing director for over 9 years before she retired in 1998. Clo loved playing tennis, exercising at the Cooper Aerobics Center, was an avid reader, playing bridge, playing gin with her lifelong friends and more than anything, being a mother and grandmother with a given name of “Honey.”
Clo is survived by Bennett Cloud, of Dallas, Texas, son, Leigh Anne Haugh of Dallas, Texas, daughter; Paul Parker, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, brother; Alexandra Cloud, granddaughter; Perry Cloud, grandson; Logan Haugh, grandson; Audrey Anne Haugh, granddaughter; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas on Friday, December 15th, 2023 at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Clo’s honor to Christ the King Catholic Church.
