Conrad Orville Hopperstead 81, passed away May 30, 2013 in Irving, TX. Conrad was born on December 25, 1931 in Minneapolis, MN to Ingvald John Hopperstead and Rose Emelia Hilken. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 54 years, Annie Braden Hopperstead and his sister, Joan Bonita Hopperstead Clayton. Survivors include his children, Donald Alan Hopperstead, Dion Carl Hopperstead and Janice Aileen Hopperstead; grandchildren, Danielle Nicole Donoghue, Erica JoAnn Hopperstead and Cody Wayne Hopperstead; sister, Ann Marlene Noakes; brother, Fritz Hopperstead and wife Sue Carol; sister-in-law, Irene B. Hoadley and husband Edward; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2013 at Calvary Hill North Mausoleum Chapel. Interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas,TX.
