Consuelo S. Torres 88, passed away August 20, 2013 in The Woodlands, TX. Born June 29, 1925 in Dallas, TX, Consuelo was one of 12 children born to Juan Sanchez and Maria Sanchez. She was a faithful member of the Catholic Charismatic Community, St Pius X Catholic Church and St Simon Jude in The Woodlands. Consuelo was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, her husband, Louis R. Torres in 1986 and her son, Louis A. Torres in 2001. She is survived by her children, Erlinda Tubbs, Dee Sanchez, Jimmy Torres and Juan Torres; 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers; 5 sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm Friday, August 23, 2013 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the North Chapel of Calvary Hill Mausoleum. Interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220.
