

Crystal received her education through the Dallas Independent School District and graduated from South Oak Cliff High School in 2003. She later attended Texas State Technical College, where she pursued her passion for culinary arts.
At an early age, Crystal accepted Christ as her Savior and carried her faith throughout her life. She had a generous heart and found great joy in serving others. Whether through her love of cooking and baking or by feeding the homeless and helping those in need, Crystal always looked for ways to make a difference in someone's life.
Nothing brought Crystal more happiness than spending time with her one and only heartbeat, her beloved daughter, Christana. She also treasured her nieces and nephews, who were truly her pride and joy. Her warm spirit, loving heart, and infectious smile will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Crystal was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Roosevelt and Charlie Mae Jackson; her maternal grandfather, Samuel Leroy Smith; and her great-grandparents, Hazel Smith, Gertie Mae Ervin, and Vernice Ervin.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories and carry on her legacy: her beloved daughter, Christana Rochelle Quarles; her loving mother, Kimberly (Harold) Smith-Cooper; her father, Todd Jackson; her brothers, Christopher Jackson ,Carlos Bolden, Tesmond Jackson; Sisters, Lakeidra Jackson and Toddreana Jackson along with her maternal grandmother and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever touched by her love and kindness.
