Cynthia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will always be remembered as fun loving and kind. She was a member of The Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her father, James, her mother Peggy, and her sister Linda. She is survived by her husband, Hector Rubio, daughter and son in law Kriste and Kevin Malone, son Michael Duncan, son Jay Duncan, stepmother Alice Foster, and grandchildren Kyle Schellhase, Hannah Malone, Mason Malone, Madison Duncan and Gabriel Duncan.
