After graduating from Hot Springs HS, Cynthia attended Little Rock University and soon married Clifford Vincent Keheley, whom she would call her best friend.
Cynthia’s parents instilled in her the desire to help other people and she committed her life to serving her community. Actively involved in PTA, scouts, church, and other community programs, Cynthia gave much of her time to helping others.
Following a career working for the State of Texas, Cynthia retired to Hot Springs, where she became a successful business owner and was elected to the Hot Springs Board of Directors in 2008.
A proud grandmother, she spent much of her time following grandchildren activities and achievements. They were the favorite topics of conversation among her friends and family and anyone who would listen.
Cynthia is survived by her best friend and husband of 60 years, Clifford Keheley, her daughter and her husband Carole Anne and Mark Rolling of Rowlett, their daughter and her husband Meagan and Michael Kuitu of College Station, her son and his wife Cliff and Paulette Keheley and their children Madeline, Calvin and Ella all of Mesquite.
A Memorial Service will be held in Cox Chapel at Highland Park UMC on Monday, January 6, at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please support Vickery Meadow Food Pantry and Clothes Closet or Sharing Life Community Outreach in Cynthia’s honor.
