Dana Debrow Holloway

Dana was born on July 28, 1947, in Waco, Texas, to Sam DeBrow and Virginia Anderson DeBrow. She built a life centered around faith, family, love, and unwavering support for those she cherished most.

Dana was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Bruce Holloway, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and family. Together they built a beautiful life and would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this August.

More than anything, Dana treasured her family. She found great joy in supporting her children and grandchildren and did everything possible to never miss an opportunity to cheer them on. Whether sitting in the stands, attending performances, celebrating milestones, or simply showing up, Dana’s love was demonstrated through her constant support, encouragement, and unwavering dedication.

Dana had a deep love for music and singing. For seven years, she performed in a country music band called The Misfits, sharing her love of music with others and creating memories through song. Music remained a lifelong passion, and she never lost her love for singing. She loved the Lord deeply and lived her faith through kindness, generosity, compassion, and service to others. She enjoyed sports, spending time with family, and creating memories with those she loved most.

Dana is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Holloway; her children, Shelley Terry and husband Scott, Darin Holloway and wife Wendi, and Troy Holloway and wife Jennifer; her grandchildren, Savannah Jones and husband Preston, Stella Terry, Britton Holloway, Caroline Holloway, Jonas Holloway, Troupe Holloway, and Tatum Holloway; her great-grandchildren, Fallon and Kincade; along with many extended family members, dear friends, and countless people whose lives were made better by knowing her.

Though our hearts are broken by her absence, we find comfort knowing that her legacy of faith, love, devotion, and family will continue through all those she touched.
