OBITUARY
Dava Beisecker Ladymon
December 1, 1938 – May 14, 2022

Dava Beisecker Ladymon, age 83, died on May 14, 2022. She was born on December 1, 1938 in Kansas City, Missouri and the only child of Frederick J. and Fern Huber Beisecker.
She traveled with her husband to many States and Countries working on their ancestry. She was a member and office holder of many organizations including the Daughters of the American Revolution; Texas Society Dames of the Court of Honor; Daughters of Union Veterans; National Society of the Daughters of 1812; Dallas Genealogical Society; and Mesquite Historical & Genealogical Society. She was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church and sang and played guitar in the Notes of Joy Music ministry.
Dava is preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 61 years, David A. Ladymon, Sr.; son Robert F. (Rick) Ladymon; and grandson Brice Martin Ladymon.
She is survived by five of her six children: David A. (Dal) Ladymon, Jr. (Maggie), Kent R. Ladymon (Susan), Dawn Ladymon Fields (Hardy), Blane E. Ladymon (Bonnie), and Kirk T. Ladymon; grandchildren: Shannon Ladymon, Leigh-Anne Mehdibegi, Madison Ladymon, Arthur Fields, Audrey Fields, Kalista Ladymon, and Kirk T. Ladymon, Jr.; step-grandchildren Shane Kinnaird, and John Kinnaird; great-grandson: Dylan Rhodes Mehdibegi; and step-great-grandchildren Violet Kinnaird and Tyler Kinnaird.
Dava’s life will be celebrated with Visitation from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm with the Rosary Service at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 23rd at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 24th at 12:00 pm at St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Dallas.
