David was raised in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas and graduated from Sunset High School.
In his spare time, David enjoyed relaxing at home, sleeping in late along with watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers games. He loved his mom's food no one elses. He loved singing and was a big jokester.
His family and friends will always remember him as an outgoing individual that loved playing baseball and making his family laugh.
He is survived by his parents, David Alvarez, Carmen Alvarez; sister, Lisa Alvarez; brother, Richard Alvarez; nephew, Stephen; nieces, Annika, Monroe, Adaleena, Mercy. Partner, Tina Lopez. Daughters, Kloee Alvarez, Lauren Alvarez, Ariel Alvarez and Tristen Alvarez.
A visitation for David will be held Friday, August 1, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Iglesia Bautista Betel, 3119 El Benito Dr, Dallas, TX 75212, followed by a prayer service from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
