David Kahler Jr. (Scooby), 41, of Midlothian, Texas passed away the evening of Wednesday, January 25, 2017. David was born in Dallas to David Kahler Sr. and Pam Ivie-Sarlow on September 29, 1975. He is survived by Aimee Kahler, his wife of 13 years.
Also surviving are his father, David Kahler Sr.; his children, Allison Hangvilay and husband Randy, Kacie Priest, and Elizabeth Kahler; and his two brothers, Jason Kahler, and Jamie Kahler wife Jenni.
David is preceded in death by his mother, Pam.
David is a long-time resident of the Midlothian area and was proud of his many years of hard work as a construction coordinator with Rampart Construction.
He loved spending time with his family and friends, whether watching NASCAR, hunting, listening to music, or helping them. He was a proud Texan and an even prouder father.
Funeral service will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home & Cemetery on Monday, January 30th at 2:00 pm officiated by Rusty Patton. Burial to follow at Laurel Land Funeral Home & Cemetery, 6000 S.
