Debra was a loving mother to daughters Laurie Ane Wilson, Desirae’ Nichole Garza, and son Daniel Ray Garza.
Debra is survived by her husband of 40 years, Rey Garza. Step Father Jimmie Neff, sisters; Tonya Rodriquez and Tina Neff, and two granddaughters; Olivia Hines and Daisy Hines that she loved and adored very much.
We will always remember her as a caring mother. We will remember her laugh, and her voice that carried through the room. We wish her peace and prosperity up in heaven. She was proceeded in death by Mother Margaret Neff and brother Robert Fitts.
We love you mom.
