

Delores was born on February 21, 1949 in Paris, Texas. She lived a life dedicated to God, family, and community as she diligently pushed for success as well as instilling values, morals, and standards in each of her children. Her strong passion for the well-being of her children was also demonstrated by her devotion to being a foster parent of 75 or more children over the course of twenty-plus years. As an active member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Delores served over the past 25 years in ministries such as:The Spiritual Growth Group, The Comfort and Care Group, The Thrift Shop, The Food Pantry and The Reconciliation Group. She will be missed by those who truly loved her.
Delores was preceded in death by her mother, Maggie Ruff and father, L. Alexander.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Anthony Ragins; son, Ronald Eugene Harmon and spouse Rhogena of Lawton, OK, daughter, Stephanie Fordjour and husband Kuci of Southlake, TX, and son, Antoine Ragins of Dallas, TX. She will also be dearly missed by her seven grandchildren: Kamil Harmon, Alisha Harmon, Felisha Harmon, Amber Wilson-Fordjour, Ashley Fordjour, Gracie Fordjour, and Adrian Ragins. Over more, she is survived by a host of cousins and other precious family members.
