Dennis Ray Harris, III was born in Houston, Texas on January 21, 1979, to Dennis Ray Harris, II and Victoria Elizabeth Tapia. He graduated from Seagoville High School.
Dennis worked as a server and restaurant manager for over 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with family, trying new restaurants, traveling, shopping, and hosting parties at home for his loved ones.
Dennis is preceded in death by Victoria Tapia Norris and James Robert Norris.
Dennis is survived by his father, Dennis Ray Harris, II, his brother, Virgil Harris, Sr., his sister, Erica Sherry Lynn Harris, nephews Dylan, Jamison, Leo, Virgil, Ben, and Ethan, as well as other family and friends.
Visitation will take place at 2:00 PM on January 26, 2026, at Grove Hill Funeral Home. After the service, we invite you to join us in celebrating Dennis's incredible life at his workplace, Uptown Pub, located at 3605 McKinney Ave., Dallas, Texas 75204. We will share stories, laughter, and cherished memories that were meaningful to Dennis.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dennis's memory may be made to any charitable foundation dedicated to mental health awareness.
