Remembering Desarai today on the anniversary of her transition.  A beautiful, talented spirit gone too soon.  Love to the family.

I taught Desarai Art at Townview. She was one of the most naturally talented artists I have ever seen, and created stunning work. Devastated to hear of her passing. Lord, bless her family.

My dear great niece, I try not to question why, but I have came to the conclusion that only God I think he needs you to be company with your grandfather take care of each other . I remember when your little self would come to my door every morning and stick your hand under the door so I could let you in. God has you now which means you’re doing better than we are. All of the family has my deepest condolences and prayers. Only God can comfort you during this time!!! 

My heart and deepest condolences go to the Burke and Holloway families.  When I first heard the news, I cried because I can't imagine what the family is going through.  But God is with you.  Desarai was such a sweet soul, and I was excited to hear about her illustrated book.  She's in heaven now painting and drawing up a storm.  No doubt Heaven has gained a beautiful soul.  God bless.

I remember when you were just a little baby girl, sitting in the car seat grabbing your toes. To watch you grow up and become such a gorgeous, talented, self-made young woman has been a blessing. Unfortunately, our time together as your family and friends has came to an end. God needed an Angel, and what an awesome one He has chosen. Rest beautifully, embrace your new wings, and watch over your family and friends. 
I miss you so much Desarai and will never forget you. Until we meet again sweet Angel.........
