Mrs. Dolores Ruth (Wilson) Green

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Mrs. Dolores Ruth (Wilson) Green, age 89. She joined her savior Jesus, on July 14, 2026. She was born May 17, 1937, in Dallas, Texas, and was a resident of Ennis, Texas.

Our mother loved to collect many things. She collected music in all formats – records, cassette tapes, and CDs. She enjoyed mostly country music, some of her favorites were Vince Gill, Conway Twitty and George Jones, but there were many others.

She was an avid doll collector. She once operated a booth at the local flea market, where she bought and sold dolls, teddy bears, toys and many other things she enjoyed. She loved to attend doll shows and shop at thrift stores and yard sales.

She was also very skilled at embroidery. She made many gifts for her family and friends that we will cherish.

She is survived by her brother Dewayne Wilson and wife Kim, her son Mark Green and wife Jennifer, her daughter Paula Cason and husband Dolph, her daughter Natalie McClamrock and husband Henry (deceased), her daughter Theresa Martell and husband Charles, and her son Eric Green and wife Angie. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Murphy Green, her parents, Howard and Leola Wilson, her brothers, Glen Wilson and Jimmy Wilson, her sisters, Earlene Wilson, Ruby Joyce Nickle, and Marie Mays, her great granddaughter Angelica Lopez, and her great grandson Lennon Standefer.
