Doris Willhite Sneed, 92, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2014. She was born on January 22, 1922 to Marvin and Nora Willhite. Doris was married to her loving husband, Chadwick Brooks Sneed, Sr., for 56 years before his passing in 2005. She was a long-time resident of Oak Cliff (Kessler Park) and a member of Cliff Temple Baptist Church. A long-term employee of Zale Corporation, she officed both near downtown and in Las Colinas. She and Chad loved square dancing and traveling in the U.S. Doris is survived by her son, Daniel Willhite Sneed, of Houston. Her first son, Chadwick Brooks Sneed, Jr., passed away in 2004.
