Dorothy Adams, 89, of Dallas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at a local Dallas hospital. She will always be remembered as a loving aunt, sister and friend to all that knew and loved her.
She was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on March 9, 1927 to J. N. and Lura Quick Adams. She came to Dallas in 1957 to join the staff of First Baptist Church of Dallas. Later she became comptroller of Highland Park Cafeteria for 25 years. She will be laid to rest in Fort Smith, Arkansas at a later date.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers.
There will be no services in Dallas, TX. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Dallas, TX or the charity of your choice.
