I was so sorry to get the news of Dottie's passing. I learned of it only this morning, 5/17, from son Charles. So many good times my husband and I shared with Paul and Dottie, mostly in their home, where Dottie was a most gracious hostess. I would say the best, by any measure. We always felt so welcome and comfortable. We also shared many meals and treats. Our friendship came from the long association of Paul and my husband Charlie beginning with their days at Texas A&M, graduate school at UT Austin, and their careers at Lockheed-Martin.
I very much enjoyed the video, putting in true focus the Dottie and Paul that I remember.
Sending my deepest condolences and love to you, Paul, and all of the family, Eleanor Ford

Our hearts are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear Dottie. She was such a beloved woman. She carried herself with such poise and grace. Her gentle spirit always put people at ease. Her beautiful and loving presence always preceded herself. She was definitely one of a kind. Dottie loved to entertain and spared no expense on her guests. She always made everyone feel welcomed. Her love for her family, friends, and pets was undeniably. Dottie will truly be missed by all that knew her. We are grateful to have known her.
May you rest in the presence of Heaven. Until we meet again.
