Dorothy Marie Lester

Dorothy Marie Lester left this earthly home April 2, 2020 in Plano, TX. She was born November 12, 1921 in Cason, TX to Jeff and Daisy Montgomery. She graduated from Dangerfield High school in 1944. Dorothy married N.L. Lester and they had three wonderful children together. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandma. Dorothy enjoyed cooking, dogs, working on the family ranch. Her true love was her children and bringing them up in a strong Christian household. She will always be remembered as a very caring and loving friend, mother and wife..

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Daisy Montgomery; her beloved husband, N.L. Lester; siblings, Jerry Montgomery, J.D. Montgomery, and Jean Montgomery White; mother-in-law, Mary Lester.

She is survived by her children, David Lester and wife Annette of Dallas, TX, Kathy Lester, Steve Lester and wife Janeil of Allen, TX; grandchildren, Austin Lester and wife Laura of Katy, TX, Jake Lester of Dallas, TX, Travis Lester of Broomfield, CO, Lindsay Lester of Denver, CO, Andrew Neilan and wife Samantha of Frisco, TX, Dr. Ryan Neilan of Tomball, TX; great-grandchildren, Parker Neilan of Tomball,TX and James Neilan of Frisco,TX.
