My dear Comadre Lupe and Vicente,

Words cannot explain how we felt when we heard of the loss of my compadre Eddie.

Our deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family, he will be deeply missed especially that beautiful smile and laughter.
You both gave me lots of courage during my difficult times which I will always be eternally grateful!!

He was a wonderful father and grandfather and we know he was also your best friend and confidant! I hope this helps commemorate him for future generations!

When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. May you treasure all your memories of my compadre Eddie.

God has taken an ANGEL and if I know him, he will be watching over you from above - he has only gone to rest a little while. You both have GREAT memories and that will always be with you to cherish!!

Love you Comadre Lupe

I wanted to say how much my Uncle Eddie was loved by my family. My father Rudy is one of his older brothers. We didn’t see him often or get to spend time with him but I am sure he knew we all loved & cared for him. He was very sweet & kind to me & called me “mija” & that made me feel special. We will miss him.
May he Rest In Peace.🙏
I love you my Tio❤️
All my love,
Lillie

Tio lived a few hours away so I did not get to know him that well but EACH and EVERY time I saw him, he was so loving and kind and treated me as if I were a close niece. I saw him and tia back in June over a couple of days that I was visiting and I am so glad I got to see him. We went to breakfast at a place he enjoyed and that was time well spent. May he rest, live, and love in peace with his family and my mom in heaven. Til we meet again, tio!

Love,
Roxanna (Rudy's daughter)

To my uncle Eddie , thank you for being the wonderful man you were to my aunt , your son, grandchildren, many friends and to my father. I will always remember how exciting the drive to Dallas was from when I was a child to even recent times. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Pineapple pies and hot rods forever. Much love to you and your family .

My Tio Eddie was a great man who was always there for his family and friends. He loved my Tia Lupe so much and I loved spending time in his shop in awe of his cars that he was building. Tio i hope you are enjoying your heavenly home with your family. I hope you, dad, Tio Jr and Tio Milo are up there fixing up a classic together again. Love you and miss you Tio
