She spent her life as a dedicated wife of 73 years, mother and grandmother, as well as supporting her husband’s role in their family business. She was known above all for her faith, serving her family, her kindness and generosity. She had a way of making everyone feel at home and greeted everyone with a smile and open arms.
She is survived by her husband Gregorio B Madrid Sr, children, Greg Madrid Jr, Diane Forcucci (Matthew), Sylvia Valderas (Odie), Ruben Madrid (Gabriela), Andres Madrid (Margarita), Adam Madrid, and Elizabeth Morales (Orlando), all of Dallas, Texas, 19 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren (5 generations), sister Albina Almazan and her husband Roberto.
She was preceded in death by her father Dolores Huizar, mother Eusevia Huizar, 10 brothers and sister, and her daughter Suzanne Madrid Vargas.
Edubina will be deeply missed, but her warmth, kindness, and welcoming spirt will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
