Dear Brother.
You just don't know how much I'm going to miss you. Our get togethers with the family, celebrating New Year's at my house every year, playing golf, poker and just going out to dances and having a good time together will never be the same. I knew I could always count on you for anything, you always had my back. You loved to dance and party and we always had a good time together. You had a good heart and would do anything for anyone. You never hesitated to let me borrow your car to take Vicki out on dates before we got married. I will never forget when I was younger going to watch you play football for St. Ann's. You were always such a competitor and fighter. And you were a fighter to the very end! You are now at peace.
Until we meet again brother, I love you and will always miss you, your smile and all the laughter and fun times we shared. Give mom, dad and all my brothers a big hug for me. Have fun playing golf in heaven!!
Love your favorite brother, Steven

Our Sincere Condolences to Dora and to all of Edward's family on behalf of the Pan American Golf Association of Dallas. We had some really good times on and off the golf course. On a more personal note, as your teammate on the St. Ann's Football team I'll always remember you as a fierce competitor. You hated to lose and always put up a good fight. We will all miss you.

Brother, Its hard for me to believe that you are gone. I know that you are in peace & not suffering anymore. I have a lot of great memories of you. Since we were only 1 year apart we did fun things together you knew my friends & I knew yours. I remember when we were around 7 or 8 you went off to a boys camp for about 2 weeks. While you were away mom send me to get the mail & notice a letter from you. I wasn’t supposed to open the mail but I was curious & I did. As I was reading I read that you were SICK & wanted to come home. So I ran to mom crying & told her that you were sick at camp so mom took the letter from me & started reading it & she said 'No Edward not sick he’s HOMESICK. Lol Till this day I will never forget that special moment. Another memory about you was when we lived in Little Mexico Village on Harry Hines you were climbing a chainlink fence, you almost fell & your eye got caught on the top of the fence & ripped your eye open. Mom had to rush you to the emergency at Parkland hospital. Brother you were mischievous & always got in trouble. You and I had a great childhood when we lived in Little Mexico on Harry Hines. You loved all your friends. You hung around with, the Rojo, Rodriguez,Vasquez, Hernandez & Piche Gutierrez. Brother as you got older their was nothing you loved but your Khakis with heavy starch. I remember when you walked you didn’t even want to bent your knees because you didn't want your Khakis to get wrinkle. Eventually mom told you to start ironing your own. My brother took great pride in learning printing at Crozier Tech high because of his trade in printing he had a successful career. Edward was friendly, nice, funny & everyone liked him. We went to all the parties & dances. Our mom & dad wouldn’t let me go anywhere unless I went with my brother then after that I went my way & he went his way. My parents never found out. I'm sure Edward is telling Mom & Dad right now! Boy! I'm in trouble!!
Love you Brother 🕊✝️ 💙
