Elizabeth Pothina Walker, age 71, born February 15, 1944 in Dallas, TX went to be with the Lord on September 16, 2015 surrounded by her family at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, TX. She was born to Jack and Susie (Sadler) Walker and was the older of two children. She attended Sunset High School. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, nephew Jason Blake, and brother in-law Jerry Blake. Elizabeth will be remembered for her involvement in her church and in the community. Everywhere Elizabeth went she left her foot prints on everyone’s heart that she met whether it was at church or her involvement at the senior center. Everyone loved her and her cheery smile and creativity. She is survived by her Husband Ernest G. Meier, Daughters Marlena Alaspa and Deatra Flanagan, Son In Law Pete Alaspa. Grandchildren Ashley Burt, Melanie Flanagan, Brandon Alaspa, Briana Flanagan, Brittany Alaspa and Erika Alaspa. Sister, Jane Morrison, Niece Jena Blake, Nephews Jared Blake, and Jeremy Blake.
