Ella Mae Patterson was born February 9, 1921 in Lampasas, TX to William Lee & Anne Mae Hesson and passed away December 15, 2013 in Rowlett, TX. Ella is preceded in death by husband, William D. Patterson, daughter, Betty Gensler and son, Marlin Lee Patterson. She is survived by son, Tommy Patterson; grandchildren: Kent Patterson, Dwayne Gensler, Brett Patterson, Dale Patterson, Leah Berlin, Cindy Hayes, Lisa Patterson and Misti Gensler; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Frances Harrell and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Grove Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
