Ellouise Ford, 92, passed away July 29, 2019 in Granbury, Texas. She was born on November 10, 1926 in Dallas, Texas to Alfred and Mammie Hickmott. Ellouise was raised in Dallas, Texas and married Edwin Ford in 1963 and the couple adopted one child. She attended cosmetology and business school before coming a stay at home mom.
In her spare time, Ellouise enjoyed sewing and dancing. She enjoyed listening to country music, especially Vince Gill, on her little cassette player. Her family and friends will always remember her as a fun loving flirt. She loved hugs and kisses, dancing, her independence, the color pink and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Ellouise is preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin "Beany" Ford. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Nancy Minot and husband, Brad; granddaughters, Tiffany Mayo and Alyssa Bibb and three great-granddaughters, Alexa, London and Zoe Bibb.
