She was born on August 20, 1922 in Schertz, TX, under father and mother Reyes and Rita Gonzales.
From youth she was raised to labor and contribute to the family, and after marriage, became a founding employee of the Arrow Spice Company. After years of dedication, she retired honorably in the early 90’s. In similar fashion, she was a founding parishioner, and Guadalupana for the local West Dallas Lourdes Catholic Church establishment. Eloisa was a social butterfly and favored the local, as well as the San Antonio, celebration events. She was raised in a working family at a young age, that carried her into her later years. Her ideals as a strong matriarch were to ensure her family was well taken care of, and provided for, in many ways. Moral values and family structure were imperative to the family upbringing, and those traditions and qualities still carry over to this day.
Eloisa is preceded in death by her husband Guadalupe, son Santiago, grandson Ernest Villareal, Jr. and all her siblings. She is survived by daughters, Esperanza Villareal and Ortensia Peña; grandchildren, Michael Villareal, Michelle Barrera, Eduardo Peña Jr., Eric Peña, Santiago Carrasco Jr.; great grandchildren, Vanessa Villareal, Ernest Villareal III, Alexis Villareal, Brianna Silva, Byanca Mikulenka, Edward Peña III, Eryca Duran, Sofia Peña, Liliana Peña, Desirae Olivia Carrasco, Lilly Ann Carrasco; great great grandchildren, Arriana Villareal, Akoni Villareal, Delilah Villareal, Julian Mikulenka, Ella Mikulenka, Cataleya Peña, Esabella Duran
